this world is such an unfair one… just 5 mins ago i was still studing biz law… sebelah gw si shandy molor dengan mulut mangap kayanya tanpa beban… trus ada atu anak yg everyday kerjaannya ngga-ada-kerjaan mulu, kaga pernah blajar, tapi kmaren2 waktu mid-term apa gitu, nilai dia A… wtf… trus 2 homo nih ama gw di meja bunder library malah maen game tolol… n me? yerrite i’m MUGGING! hahaha… let’s laugh out loud to such an unfair world to me…! HAHAHA… liat lo ntar term 2… mampus lo kena subjects business blok A term depan!!! makan tuh LTB ama biz law!!! let’s see who has the last laugh…!! congrats…!! huahahahahahahaha…!!

Lagi mati2an preparing for biz law mid-term next wednesday… kmaren malem stuck di bagian de minimis rule ama doctrine of substantial performance… ujung2nya i emailed the prof… just 2 questions tapi panjangnya sehalaman ms word… huahaha… gokil dah… he replied already… agak2 jelas tapi masi bingung juga… ngerti-ngerti-engga gitu gw… bwakaka… lagian biz law is such a ‘groundless’ subject i might say… i mean, if it’s like math, 1 + 1 is rest assured to equal to 2 in a 10-basis numbers… kalo biz law, laws are based on some so-called leading decisions of past cases yang secara ‘paksa’ di apply to another similar cases, which over n over again it was applied until it constitutes a general rule… so vague… n then if there emerges a case somewhen which is so-not-suitable for that general rule to be applied, an exception rule for that general rule will be constituted… so stupid…! Anyway, biz law is a business core course, so every business student… ENJOY "the course of your life" (as in "the time of your life")! hahahahaha…

so far i’ve summarize half of the materials needed for biz law mid-term exam… offer n acceptance, consideration, intention to create legal relation, terms, n privity… but then i still need to study them again n also be familiar with some of the statutes n acts needed for the exam… plus i still have the topic of discharge by performance, breach n agreement and lastly discharge by frustration to be summarized…

in top of that, 2 presentations are waiting in the very same week 9… financial acct (FA) n leadership &  teambuilding (LTB) presentation… group meetings are killing me… they consume most of my break week… plus this break week is the only possible weak for my LTB group to do the community service project which is painting a youth development centre… such unimportant project but the result of this project is the difference between getting A and C for LTB… hahaha…

so… things went by… ngomonginnya tuh males… kepanjangan… hahaha… some gud memories… but mostly not-so-good ones… hahaha… stelah 2 bulan disini gw mulai ngeliat yg mana yg real yg mana yg fake… hahaha… brengsek juga lo y! hahaha… anyway, that’s life… and life like this sucks… hahaha… so far i’ve learned sifat2 orang2… ada yg determined banget… ada yg sebodo amat banget… ada yg fake… in fact, banyak yg fake… i’m now in the process of realizing how real life is… n gw juga baru nyadar klo gw skarang udha anak kuliah… damn… i’ve lost the best years of SMA! aaaaaaaaaaaaaa… sialll…

truss… current issue… apalagi y… oya, lagi bingung nie pengen pindah dr hostel busuk itu… bwakakaka… kemaren2 udha nyari2 apartment bareng vito… tapi koq banyakan full y… mana ntar awal nov kudu prepaid 3 months rent in advance lagi klo blom dapet apartment… pusing gw… hhhhhhh… yg lebi ngeselin lagi tuh tadinya udha enak2 ada 5 anak yg mo barengan share apartment… tapi bangke tuh yg 3 pada ngga jadi…! babi banget y lo pada! tae lah!

mana lagi kesel2 gitu, tugas tuh numpuk banget… emang bener sih minggu depan (week itu mid-term break… tapi yang namanya mid-term break itu tuh jadi mid-term berak… my LTB group will be doing the project execution in that period… the project itself is a community service project of facilities improvement of Youth Development Centre… GUNA banget tuh project! damn! then, the next week (week 9), school resumes n i’ll be having FA presentation on monday followed by LTB presentation on wed n BIZ LAW mid-term test on thurs… n it’s not the worst… week 10 i’ll be submitting FA written assignment n in week 11 i’ll be doing the debate presentation for BIZ LAW…! damnnn… aaaaaaaarrghhh… no time for rest even in the break if that’s the case… capek gw capekkk…!!!
